APO/FPO  Instructions

1. Please enter Unit/Organization for address 1 and/or 2

2. "APO" or "FPO" for City

3. Actual APO/FPO number for zip code  (09393, for example)

4. Pick AE, AP or AA from the State pull down menu

5. Enter a contact phone number or the phone number your credit card company uses for your account.

We will insure the address meet the USPS guidelines so that they look like this:

Damaged Shipments
We do not store your credit card information. If your order arrived damaged, please notify us by email and reorder the items through the website. Please note "Damage Replacement" in the instruction block on the replacement order. When we receive the damaged goods, we will credit your card or PayPal account less shipping for the original order.

Lost shipments, Returns and Tracking
We will do everything possible to assist with this, but unless the items are shipped Expressmail, we have no way to track the shipments. You will receive notification of shipment once we charge your card via PayPal.
